Who doesn’t feel good about a wholesome treat loaded with antioxidants and fruit flavors? As usual, we use only enough flour to hold it all together. That’s just 1/2 cup of nutritious coconut flour for this batch of 400 bite-sized treats!

Apple – Blueberry – Blackberry
Equipment
- 1 Food processor or immersion blender
- 2-4 Sheetpans
- 2-4 Silicone mats or parchment paper
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cinnamon applesause (see recipe to make your own)
- 1 cup Frozen blueberries, thawed
- 1 cup Frozen blackberries, thawed
- ½ cup Coconut flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees Farenheigt
- Combine the applesauce, blueberries and blackberries and puree
- Mix in the coconut flour until all lumps are gone
- Pipe 1/4" drops onto baking sheets lined with a silicone mat or partchment paper
- Bake for 3 hours or until desired texture (addional time may be necessary)
